There are several options to pay the above dues.

  1. Pay by check: Make check payable to Iowa Council of the United Blind and send to 29965 185th St. Honey Creek, Iowa 51542

  2. Pay Online: To pay online, please use the Paypal Donate Button at the bottom of this form. After clicking the donate button, a window will appear where you will find a button to pay with a Paypal account, and below that, a button to pay with a credit card or debit card. Please add a $1 administrative fee to your total when paying online.
